To get started you must be the owner or a principal of the business and have the following information:

1. Business located within the United States (US)
   P.O. Box addresses will not be accepted
2. Federal Tax ID# (For Corporations only)
3. Your Social Security Number
4. U.S. Commercial checking account DDA and Routing numbers
   NetBank Accounts not accepted
5. One trade reference including phone number
6. You must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible to apply for a merchant account and be the Principle Owner of the business.
7. Valid Email Address (Due to our Merchant Protection Policy, free email accounts will not be accepted)

1. Complete and submit the Online Application for an instant merchant account. Please note that you can talk to us at any time during the application process if you have questions by clicking on the live chat selection within the application pages.
2. You will instantly receive a congratulations html page and e-mail confirming your activation which includes integration, administrative, and BluePay® Gateway virtual terminal instructions. (Please do not click submit more than once if you don't get the congratulations page. Your connection may be slow. Please engage an online chat session with our Online App® support rep).
3. Save the Congratulations html page and Email. Print and Fax "Schedule of Fees" page of the html merchant application Congratulations html page to 800.859.4695.
4. You can start using your Virtual Terminal immediately.
5. Refer to the Congratulations e-mail to fully integrate the gateway id and merchant account with your web site or Storebuilder software.
6. Our underwriting department will contact you if any additional information is needed for final approval.
7. You will receive a monthly statement from Online Data Corp. itemizing your daily transactions and fees.

Due to Visa/MasterCard regulations, if you are a MAIL ORDER merchant or if your WEB SITE IS STILL NOT COMPLETE, you must fax a PRICE LIST/CATALOG of the PRODUCTS or SERVICES that you sell along with your Congratulations! page.

*There is a $25.00 Monthly Processing Minimum on every merchant account. This is the "minimum amount" you must pay each month for your Visa/MasterCard processing fees. The monthly minimum does not apply to Discover or American Express or your monthly Statement fee. Example: If you sell $1100 in goods or services during a month, your total Visa/MasterCard Discount FEES would be $25.19 based on a rate of 2.29%, so there would be NO MONTHLY MINIMUM.
